- Franchise Rights
The Franchisee is granted the right to operate 1 unit station 1 Café in accordance to system for a term of 5 years, renewable subject to renewal terms and conditions.
- Territory Rights
Within territory pre-determined by Franchisor, should the territory has potential for more than 1 unit Station 1 Café, Franchisee shall offered the first right of refusal to open the 2nd unit of Café

Continuous Menu Development of New Recipe
- Regular Visits
Regular visits to Franchise Outlet
- Continuous Performance Review
Franchisor shall review Franchisee's performance on regular basis for business improvements
- Advertising & Promotions
Continuous effort from Franchisor in Advertising & Promotions Development brand value enhancement
FEES
- Commitment Fee
RM 10,000 upon Franchisee acceptance of Letter of Offer.
Commitment Fee shall form part of Franchise Fee
- Franchise Fee
RM 60,000 for initial term of 5 years
- Royalty Fee
5% on Gross Turnover payable on Monthly basis
- A&P Fee
1% on Gross Turnover payable on Monthly basis
