OPERATIONS STRUCTURE

A goal-oriented and purpose driven organization, Station 1 Cafe features a clearly focused organizational structure that is designed for efficiency and delivery quality.

Its organizational structure includes five specific departments that are overseen by Managing Director, Winson Chan and Executive Director, Wilson Too. These respective departments and their general functions include:

    Advertising & Promotion, Sales & Marketing and Event Management functions
