OPERATIONS STRUCTURE

A goal-oriented and purpose driven organization, Station 1 Cafe features a clearly focused organizational structure that is designed for efficiency and delivery quality.

Its organizational structure includes five specific departments that are overseen by Managing Director, Winson Chan and Executive Director, Wilson Too. These respective departments and their general functions include:

1. Marketing Department
   Advertising & Promotion, Sales & Marketing and Event Management functions
    
2. Business Planning & Development Department
   Special Projects, Outlet Concept & Decor functions
    
3. F&B Operations Department
   Operations, Bar & Store management functions
    
4. Finance & Administration Department
   Finance, Administration & Human Resource functions

   Central Kitchen, Quality Control, F&B Menu Development & Production
